Standard Range

aluminium bronze

Aluminum Bronze

Aluminum (Al) typically added to copper, magnesium, manganese, silicon to produce alloys. They carry light weight and corrosion resistance property. Due to these features they are majorly used in engineering structures and aerospace components manufacturing 

Leaded Bronze

Lead is a soft and low melting point metal. Which exhibits a great ductile property along with good electrical conductivity. Lead alloys are majorly used in building construction materials. Other important applications are bearings, gaskets and ballasts.

Phosphor Bronze

Phosphor bronze are majorly used with copper to produce alloys. The notable properties are its toughness, strength and also fine grain. The industrial uses are to make electrical switches, springs, bushes and bearings. 

Customized Materials

In addition to our standard range, we also have custom casting materials produced either centrifugally casted or continuously cast condition in any size and volume. 

Leaded (Tin) Bronze SAE660 / C93200

SAE660 also C93200 is Leaded (Tin) continuously cast bronze. It is used in light/medium bearing applications. Leaded bronze has various industrial applications under medium load. Due to its good sea water resistance property it is widely used in valve and pump industry.

Phosphor Bronze PB1

Phosphor bronze PB1 is a cast material with 10-11.5% of tin and small quantity of phosphorus. It exhibit high mechanical strength and good conductivity and resistance. With its excellent corrosion & fatigue resistant capacity phosphor bronze can be soldered and brazed easily.

Leaded Bronze / Phosphor Bronze
LB2 / LB4 / PB2

Leaded bronze LB4 contains 9% lead and 5% tin. It has good machining properties, wear resistance and medium to good corrosion resistance. While LB2 is continuous cast leaded tin bronze has good plasticity which maximizes strength. PB2 has higher tin content shows excellent resistance to wear.

BS2874 CA104

BS2874 CA104 is a high strength aluminum bronze. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to sea water and other aggressive environments. This alloy has good wear and abrasive resistance, the ability to withstand shock loading. They are commonly used in manufacturing of valve and fasteners.

NES833 DEF-STAN 02-833

Aluminium Bronze NES833 DEF-STAN 02-833 is a nickel Aluminium bronze similar to CA104 but manufactured to fulfill the requirements of defense equipment. A nickel content that exceeds the iron content can improve the general corrosion performance which leads to durability.

Aluminium Bronze

One of the American grades of nickel Aluminium bronze. Aluminium bronze C63000 contains around 10% Aluminium, 5% nickel and 3% iron .The alloy offers an inherent high strength and hardness combined with a very good toughness and an excellent resistance to wear, shock and abrasion.

Aluminium Bronze C63200

Aluminium bronze C63200 is a strong, corrosion resistant material that performs well at high and low temperatures. It has a low magnetic permeability, making it ideal for the use on instrumentation systems, seawater piping systems and marine propulsion units.
